Hope Celiwe Development Organisation (HCDO) is a community-based and non-profit organisation that delivers integrated social and economic development programmes focused on empowering youth, women, and vulnerable rural communities.

The organisation operates across key areas including education support, arts and culture, social upliftment, sports development, and entrepreneurship training. Working alongside its business wing, Zamahlawe Trading (Pty) Ltd, HCDO also implements agricultural and income-generating projects that build practical skills, strengthen food security, and support long-term community sustainability.
